MASC/MAHS is committed to sharing the GOOD NEWS happening in our member schools. As we come across it, we love to shoe it to you. This week--we take you to Milford High School where a surprising video keeps resurfacing in different areas. More than 100 students decked out in spirit wear crowded the hallways of Milford High School to film a tracking shot in which they would lip-sync to Katy Perry’s “Firework” on December 18. The students were first introduced to tracking shots through their Great Works class. Because of the nature of a tracking shot (a type of camera movement in which the camera physically moves sideways, backwards, or forwards, filming everything in one take), getting the ideal shot was more difficult than expected. The project took about four hours to perfect.
