Presenters Needed!

Dear Advisers,

We are seeking presenters for our Executive Forum on May 12th, at the MSU Kellogg Center.

At this conference, we utilize advisers to help teach students about the positions they are taking on. We encourage you as the adviser to present with a former or outgoing student of yours from that same position so that you can share from both perspectives what is expected.
We are looking for advisers to present on the following positions:
- President
- Vice President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Parliamentarian/Sergeant at Arms

We are also looking for advisers to present on the following topics:
- Putting together an effective presentation (for students, school, staff, community)
- Representing your school; "selling" your organization
- Motivating Your Peers
- Peer Delegating
- Working Effectively with Administrators
- Conflict Resolution
- Accountability: Policies & Procedures, Forms and Processes

We do have some resources to assist you in planning and we will provide generic job descriptions for all of the position-based sessions. We hope that YOU can bring some of your resources and ideas to the presentation, since as the presenter, we hope you have the experience and know-how!

If you are able and interested in presenting, please email me soon to tell me what sessions you are interested in presenting. These are all SMALL group presentations, about 20-30 in each room typically. Send your NAME, SCHOOL, EMAIL ADDRESS and which sessions to: kadi@mymassp.com or simply respond to this email with the information.

I appreciate your help in building yet another successful Executive Forum!

The purpose of the MASC and MAHS shall be to create enthusiasm for scholarship, to stimulate a desire to render service, to promote leadership and to develop character in the students of secondary schools in Michigan.
