Last year during school we did some pretty neat stuff. But I don't want to do the same things two years in a row. Now, I need to come up with some new ideas and I'm brain dead. Any help out there?

Cheboygan Area High School students are beginning to plan their Dance Marathon. It is a long ways off but we are in need of ideas and advice. Have any of you either previously had or will have a Dance Marathon at your own schools? How did it go?

Our homecoming theme is "Will Ferrell." We want to decorate our dance to make it great. Could you please give us any ideas you have for decorations/props (that relate to our theme)? Thank you.

Our homecoming theme is Will Ferrell. The only decorations at our dance are the names of everyone in the school on pictures and what our DJ brings with. We want to try something new and decorate it better.

My school has never hosted a Powderpuff football game before and this year the senior class is looking to start a new tradition. We understand that each schools' version of PowderPuff differs so we would love to hear from all of you! We need to know things like who gets to participate, do you use it as a fundraiser, is it held during school or after, and what are the actual rules for the game?

Do you count sports participation as service hours or do you and your coaches have an understanding when your members need to be at a NJHS meeting or NJHS sponsored activity? Thank you in advance for input.

We are looking for a school to share a charter bus to the state conference. We're south of Detroit, so we'd be happy to stop and pick up a school along the way!

Our school uses a point system where the cutoff is 60 out of 84 for membership.  We have a few students who scored within a couple points of the cut-off. Can we induct them on a probationary status where they are aware of the areas in which they need to demonstrate improvement in by a given deadline, or would they either have to be selected or not selected.

Since State Conference is over Spring Break I am not able to take my kids to States. I am working on getting another volunteer from the school to chaperone the kids, but was wondering if anyone from the southern flint/northern metro detroit area might want to share transportation?

We usually charter a bus but I only have eight kids.

as you all know, a homecoming theme can make or break the homecoming festivities. What themes have / have not worked for you? Why did they or didn't they work? What can you suggest to other schools planning on using this theme?
