Leadership Class Academy

ClassroomLeadership classes provide schools with the opportunity to work with students in-depth on leadership growth. Whether it is offered as an elective, social studies credit or something else, the struggle for many leadership class teachers is what, where, and how...

  • What do I teach in a leadership class?
  • Where can I find resources and support for my class?
  • How do I put the curriculum together and grade it?

Executive Forum

Student Network

Once students are elected or selected into a position on an executive board, then what? Who trains them? Who provides instruction as to what their job entails? A difficult undertaking for any adviser to individually train all new board members, we solve the problem with our unique officer training conference - the Executive Forum, held each spring in mid-to-late May so that you can get started over the summer working with your new board members.

Middle Level Convention

Student Network

For our middle level and junior high members, we offer a conference that blends the best of our Regional Conferences with the highlights from our Student State Conference. At the Middle Level Convention, students prepare and present on the best ideas from their schools, engage in small group training sessions and are presented with any awards and recognition they have earned through the association award programs.
