Please note that the MASC/MAHS Regional Conference at Treetops Resort in Gaylord is cancelled.

One question we have from potential host schools is "how much will this cost us?" While we can't give a direct answer since each Regional is different and each host school decides to do different extras, this is our basic outline of what we pay for and what the school pays for:

MASC/MAHS pays for / provides...

• Morning snack, lunch, beverages for all attendees
• Facility rental or school custodial/building fees
• Folders for all participants
• Evaluation tools
• Copies (unless the school chooses to copy themselves)
• Pens for each participant
• Nametags for all participants
• Ribbons for presenters and host school students

The host school pays for / provides...

Congratulations on your endeavor to be an MASC/MAHS Regional Host School!

As you begin putting together details for your conference, there a few things to remember:
- ALL registrations come through the MASC/MAHS office,
- Food ordering and purchasing will be done through the MASC/MAHS office unless otherwise arranged with MASC/MAHS
- ALL presenter forms that come to the MASC/MAHS office will be forwarded to you immediately via the school adviser's email,
- And this is YOUR conference - your time to put your council and its abilities on display for those in your area to see - make it a reflection of YOU!

Students - if you are interested in presenting at a Regional Conference, please make sure you submit your information at least 2 weeks before the date of the conference you want to present at! Submissions can be done online and you can read all about the requirements and submit your details HERE!

Developing a Presentation

STEP ONE: Before uploading here, you must complete the information form at least TWO WEEKS BEFORE the Regional you wish to present at. When you get to the end of the information form, it will direct you back to this page.

All students that are submitting presentation information for the 2008 MASC/MAHS Regional Conferences must upload their presentation packet and/or presentation outline to this page at least one week prior to the conference they are presenting at.

Councils and chapters interested in hosting a Fall Training Institute and/or Regional Conference must review the information below and submit a proposal to host. Proposals should contain all of the information below, any additional information the school wishes to provide, and all proposals/appications for Fall AND Regional Conferences are due by June 1. Proposals must be emailed to: kadi@mascmahs.org by June 1 for consideration. Proposals received AFTER June 1 will only be considered if there is a need for a conference in that local area.

Fall Conferences run from mid-October through early-November. For information on hosting a Fall Training, please see the document at the end of this page (attached).
