Leadership Training Institutes are designed to set the tone early – giving students the skills, confidence, and direction they need to contribute right away. This is where new members stop wondering “what do we do?” and start stepping into “how can I lead?”

The Leadership Lab Experience

Leadership isn’t one-size-fits-all and this is where students figure out what works for them.

The Leadership Lab creates space for students to:

Many schools use LTI as their official kickoff to the year – creating a shared foundation, common language, and clear expectations for how their leadership team will operate moving forward.

$60/person for students/adults of member schools
$70/person for students/adults of non-member schools
$0/first member Adviser

NOTICE: MASC/MAHS Member schools take 1st priority for all event registrations. Non-member registration may be canceled in place of member schools if an event reaches capacity. To ensure this doesn’t happen and to become a member – click here.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made ten (10) business days or more in advance of the training/event date, will receive 100% refund. Cancellations made after this date, including no-shows, are nonrefundable.
