Helping Your Students Attend Summer Leadership Camp (School Remittance) 

Many schools choose to support student leaders by covering part or all of their camp registration fee. Our School Remittance process makes it easy for advisers and schools to contribute financially to help students attend Summer Leadership Camp.

This option allows schools, student councils, activity accounts, or leadership programs to invest directly in the growth of their student leaders.

How School Remittance Works

If your school plans to help pay for a student’s camp registration, please follow the process below:

1. Student Registers for Camp First
   Students must complete their camp registration before an invoice can be generated for the school.
2. Adviser Completes the School Remittance Form
   Advisers should complete the School Remittance Form indicating the amount the school will contribute toward the student’s registration.
3. Submit One Form Per Student
   A separate form must be submitted for each student receiving financial support from the school.
4. Invoice is Sent to the School
   Once the student has registered and the form is submitted, an invoice will be sent to the school for the amount indicated on the remittance form.

You may complete the School Remittance Form at any time, but please remember that the student must be registered for camp before an invoice can be processed.
